Unless if you're Sarah Palin.
The ex-Alaskan governor and vice presidential nominee has left Fox News Channel, where she had been a paid contributor since 2010. Reportedly, she was paid $1 million per year. A Fox News exec commented that the split was amicable, and that she wanted to continue with her commenting. However, she had other interests in mind.
Well, boo-fucking-hoo.
Personally, Palin leaving Fox won't make me shed a single tear. She screwed up as a governor and as a mother. I'd imagine that Fox's ratings aren't great, either, especially since We the People elected a Democrat as president two times in a row. Not to mention that even Fox News president Roger Ailes reportedly called Palin "stupid" in private conversation.
Oh, and Fox recently hired Dennis Kucinich to be a contributor. Nice try.
Point is, Sarah Palin is not important. She's a dumbass from Alaska who cares more about killing a moose than running America. All she's good for is comic fodder and that's it.
