If I was living in Kenosha, Wisconsin yesterday, I would have wanted to leave town ASAP.
As we all know by now, Drumpf came to the embattled town to survey the damage, but not talk to the family of Jacob Blake. It comes to show that time after time again, the Cheeto in Charge puts money and rich people in front when it comes to priorities. Meanwhile, his presidential opponent, Joe Biden is planning to go to Kenosha tomorrow to do a helluva lot more than Drumpf did. Not only does Biden plan to attend a community meeting, but he's also planning to meet the meet the Blake family as well.
Granted, the elections are only two months away and Biden is acting more like a president than Drumpf is. Not to mention that he seems to be in better health than Drumpf, who is denying rumors that he had a stroke not too long ago. Drumpf was seen in front of Walter Reed Medical Center on an unannounced visit. More recently, it was seen that he also was dragging his right foot.
And yet, he calls Biden "senile"?
I know, Biden ain't perfect and neither are his fellow Democrats, especially the fact that Nancy Pelosi had to get her hair did in a closed hair salon during the pandemic. It's true that even though Biden's in the lead nationally, it's simply because most Americans with an IQ over room temperature hate Drumpf. Right now, his approval rating is at a meh 42% while in the polls, he's losing to Biden 51 to 42%.
These next two months are a time for Biden to shine. Showing solidarity with the Blake family will definitely help this nation heal. In one of his newer campaign ads, he used images of FDR and Obama to compare his proposed recovery effort. Question is, will he be as progressive as FDR? Probably not. But at this point, for God's sake, we gotta get Mr. Strokey out of the White House.
He needs to go before we all get strokes.
