Don't we ALL want to go after our employers for not giving us enough money?

Well, Howard Stern is. it was announced Tuesday afternoon that the King of all Media's company, One Twelve, Inc. (named after his birthday) and his super agent Don Buchwald are suing the satcaster for stock bonuses that the company didn't award them after he brought in 20 million subscribers to the company. Sirius XM did pay Stern up to 2007 since the company was on the verge of collapse due to the weak economy and problems surrounding the merger of the two companies.

The lawsuit is posted here .

When news of the suit came out, Sirius XM's stock went down three cents to $1.66. Sad, but at one point, their stock was over $20. Stern talked very little about the suit on Wednesday, claiming that he's not comfortable talking about his financial situations.

You see, Sirius and XM have made some bad deals since hiring Stern, all in the name of creating a diverse audience for the company. They've hired the likes of Jamie Foxx, Martha Stewart and even Oprah Winfrey. Guess how many people these three folks have brought in to the company? VIRTUALLY NONE. How many people have run to an electronics store and said, "OH, GOODY! JAMIE FOXX IS ON SIRIUS! LET'S BUY ONE!" Really! Plus, Howard even pointed out that Oprah doesn't even talk about her Sirius XM show on her TV show.

You see, if Sirius XM's stock is so low and it's Howard that's bringing in people, why not just give him the company? I'll betcha if he got the company, Howard will take out the trash. Sirius XM only needs Stern, the music channels that actually have listeners and a few talk stations. Korean talk radio? Please. Plus, who listens to FamilyNet Radio, anyway? Yes, variety's the spice of life, but face it: Sirius XM was built for Howard Stern.

If all else fails, at least there's RadioIO.com.
